By using this website greg-gaar.com, and/or booking a service through it, you agree to the terms stated below. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, you shouldn’t use this website or schedule any services through it.
1. Services Offered
Greg’s Grade A Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services to residential customers in and around Arlington, Texas. The services include repair of washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposals, among others. We service most major brands.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the situation is unsafe, or the appliance is beyond repair.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online through this website. Once booked, we do our best to show up on time. If there’s a delay or rescheduling, we’ll try to notify you in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies depending on the appliance type, parts needed, and labor required. You will receive an estimate before any repair work is started. If you approve the estimate, payment is due upon completion of service.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and select digital payment methods. No checks accepted unless previously arranged.
4. Warranty & Guarantee
We offer a 90-day guarantee on all labor and parts we provide and install. If an issue arises with a part or service we performed during this period, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Appliances that have been moved or tampered with
- Problems caused by misuse or improper installation not done by us
- Any unrelated issues that arise after the original repair
5. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing issues unrelated to the service we performed
- Damage to floors, walls, or cabinets that may occur while removing or servicing built-in units (though we take all precautions)
- Loss of food due to refrigerator or freezer failure
Using our service means you agree to limit our liability to the cost of the repair you paid for.
6. Privacy
We do not sell or share your personal information. Any information collected (like your name, phone number, address, or appliance model) is used only to provide you with service or contact you regarding appointments.
We use cookies for basic website functionality and analytics.
7. Website Use
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by Greg’s Grade A Appliance Repair unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.
