Was able to come out the same day as I called him, came during the time window he gave me, called 30 mins before arrival, quoted his service call minimum pricing on the phone, and gave a quote before he did the work. Super friendly and polite. Explained exactly what he replaced and did it efficiently. Brought the correct part with him based on my explanation of the problem and the type of dryer we have.       Fast and efficient service. The heating element on my Maytag dryer went out. I called Greg's Grade Appliance Repair and they informed me of an estimated price along with a repairman was in the area finishing a job. Greg, the repairman., showed up within 45 minutes after my call and repaired the heating element within 45 mins. Greg had all the tools and replacement parts needed for the job. A+ service from this company.
